Already done before. I like stuff that has big letters, many pictures (like a children literature, little to read, food for the eye, instant gratification).

I took some time in CARET. Looked for reserach on motivation and learning and was reminded by one study how motivating it can be to share or publish your work where others (family!) can see!

Also checked out iTunes - never have before - and what great examples of online tutorials! Why can't Microsoft do this?

Ted.com is a website that collects presentations by luminaries and visionaries, talking about ideas - well worth a look - last one I watched was a biologist talking about breaking the code needed for us to live to 1000 years and more - hmmm would we want to?

I visited the webquest link, called Filamentality. You can build a webquest activity for your students which poses a problem, provides resources, and a place to work through the problem

Educause contains a lot of info about a vast variity of topics such as adult learners, as well as info re: conferences and professional development.
